Switching to Fios today. Hopefully internets will be faster. Benefits are increased download and upload. Speaking of upload speed, I’m now hosting a tf2 server. I would tell you the ip, but i’m switching to fios. I hopefully will be able to support up to 24 players.

I have beaten Halo 3. It’s too bad that Masterchief is DEAD. Don’t tell me about watching after the credits, or beating the game on legendary, cause I know he’s dead. Why? Cause he isn’t smart enough to activate the cryogenic freeze pod (I guess the vastness of space is cold enough to freeze him). He also is human. He’ll need oxygen and food because he forgot to freeze himself. Even if he can survive in space exposed to its elements he will die. Crashing on yet another planet will cause him to die. How many more planets do you think Masterchief can crash on and just pick himself up and keep fighting. Masterchief is DEAD.
On a similar note, the online play for Halo 3 is horrible. There is no server browser and playing something you want to play is hard to come by. Why couldn’t Bungie just implement a simple server browser that allowed for filters and a search. You could choose what you wanted to play instead of hoping for the best when selecting matchmaking. Maybe it’s a “feature”. Meet new people. I guess you could get around this “feature” by starting a custom game and having friends join your game.
Theater. How would you play with friends over xbox live/system link. There would be a scramble for the controls while one person would try to fast forward to their killing spree and another would try to go back to another section to look at another “awesome kill”. It is still cool that you can go back and look at previous matches and see those moments that would be lost forever.
Halo 3 isn’t a bad game, I feel that it could be improved especially on the online gaming section. Maybe i’m a little bias, as the first time I actually played halo was on the PC which I grew to love.
